Watching one of the potters at Andretta Pottery and Craft Society at work. Down a bumpy narrow gravel road in the dusty, almost forgotten town of Andretta, Himachal Pradesh, is where you’ll find this modest art studio. Tourists will no doubt need to stop at the corner general store for directions. Just an unsuspecting sign signals you’ve come to the right spot. Once inside, the warm inviting staff displays their clay sculpting skills with ease. A small gift shop holds small sized, one-of-a-kind treasures for travelers which should not be skipped.
