Viewers in the US and Canada were finally able to catch a glimpse into Oprah’s January 2012 trip to India as the American-based media star recounted her travels on the show, Oprah’s Next Chapter. It was the first time Oprah visited the country, a visit which brought cheers and jeers from Indians alike.
