Ajmer bound tourists will have more options to reach Rajasthan’s desert city as two new weekly train services will ply between Kolkata and Hyderabad.
Service from Ajmer to Kolkata already began from 27 February. Train #19608 departs Ajmer (AII) at 7:30 pm on Mondays, reaching Kolkata at 5 pm on Wednesdays. Total travel time is estimated at 45 hours, 30 minutes across 2147 kms. Return train #19607 departs Kolkata (KOAA) at 11:25 am on Thursdays, reaching Ajmer at 5:30 am on Saturdays. Ajmer-Kolkata Express train runs with 1 second AC, 2 three ACs, 5 sleeper and 6 general coaches.
